How long does the service usually take?
Most standard loads are ready within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the day, load size, and time of drop-off. If you need your laundry back faster, ask us about express availability and current capacity.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the size of the load and the service required. Standard household loads follow our published pricing guide, while bulky items, business laundry, and urgent requests are quoted based on volume, handling needs, and turnaround.
Can I request fragrance-free washing?
Yes. If you prefer fragrance-free washing or have a sensitivity request, note it when booking or let our team know at drop-off. We will follow the request where suitable for the items provided.
Do you separate lights and darks?
Yes. We follow sensible laundry sorting practices for colours and fabric types as part of our regular handling process. If there is anything specific you want separated, include that in your booking notes.
Do you wash doonas, blankets, and other bulky items?
We do. Bulky items such as doonas, blankets, mattress toppers, and larger bedding pieces are accepted subject to size, fabric suitability, and machine capacity. Pricing is quoted per item or from a starting price, depending on the item.
Do you offer laundry support for businesses?
Yes. WashnVibe supports Airbnb hosts, beauty and wellness spaces, gyms, cafés, offices, and other local operators that need reliable laundry help for towels, linen, aprons, or uniforms.
Can I buy laundry products from WashnVibe?
Yes. Our shop includes practical laundry essentials such as detergent, fabric softener, dryer balls, laundry bags, baskets, stain remover spray, and other useful wash-day accessories.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery can be arranged for selected south-east Melbourne suburbs, approved accounts, and some repeat customers. Availability depends on suburb, timing, and minimum load size, so we recommend checking with us before booking.
